Replacement orders are subject to the following strict conditions:
1. Timeframe
Replacements are only permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery. The original order receipt and tracking information must be provided.
2. Product Condition
The item must be in its original, unused condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and unaltered. There must be no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
3. Replacement Grounds
Only the following scenarios qualify for a replacement: Sizing Issues – Demonstrable discrepancies between the ordered size and actual product fit. Manufacturing Defects – Verifiable structural or production flaws that compromise the product's intended use or appearance.
Replacement Process
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Submit clear photographic evidence of the sizing issue or manufacturing defect. Our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Qualifying Scenarios
Replacements will not be processed for: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care or use, aesthetic preferences, size changes due to personal body fluctuations, or items purchased during final sale or clearance.
