Return & Replacement Policy

Replacement orders are subject to the following strict conditions:

1. Eligibility Conditions

Timeframe

  • Replacements are only permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.

  • The original order receipt and tracking information must be provided.

Product Condition

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and unaltered.

  • There must be no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Replacement Grounds

Only two scenarios qualify for replacement:

  • Sizing Issues: Demonstrable discrepancies between the ordered size and actual product fit.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Verifiable structural or production flaws that compromise the product's intended use or appearance.

2. Replacement Process

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Submit clear photographic evidence of the sizing issue or manufacturing defect.

  • Our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

3. Non-Qualifying Scenarios

Replacements will not be processed for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper care or use

  • Aesthetic preferences

  • Size changes due to personal body fluctuations

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance

4. Shipping Notes

  • Replacement items are subject to current inventory availability
